How long does it take to ship? We ship out the majority of non-personalized gifts within 1 to 2 business days, many times the same day. Personalized may take up to 7-10 business days. What is your return policy? New merchandise can be returned at the recipient’s expense within 30 days of shipping for store credit or refund of the product(s) purchase price unless otherwise noted. (we do not refund the origional ship charge on items that were origionally shipped free of charge as an incentive.
